国际护士会（ICN）2021年国际护理大会于2021年11月2日至4日通过网络会议的形式召开并向全球同步直播。大会以“守护全球健康”为主题，共有来自全球132个国家和地区的超过5500名护士代表通过大会演讲、分论坛研讨及壁报交流等形式，探讨、分享各成员国或地区护理工作者在促进全民健康覆盖目标实现过程中的研究成果与经验。中国大陆共有900多名护理学者注册参会，其中300余人发表口头汇报交流。

本次全球护理学术大会，新桥护理团队14篇口头报告、14篇壁报交流，在多个会场向来自不同国家和地区的护理同仁在线分享了研究成果和实践经验。这是医院护理团队继2019年首次2人参加ICN国际护理大会以来的又一次精彩的学术团队展示，是我院护理团队多年来脚踏实地、立足临床、潜心钻研的具体体现，让新桥护理登上更广阔更闪亮的国际舞台。

中华护理学会以吴欣娟理事长为首携理事成员们身着传统旗袍在北京天坛向全球护理同仁挥手问好

国家卫生健康委医政医管局郭燕红监察专员受邀在第一主会场发表演讲，会议主题为“更安全的世界：全球卫生安全、突发事件和灾害应对”。她以“以国家规划，促护理发展，保人民健康”为主题， 从“中国政府高度重视护理工作，中国政府为护理发展所做的工作，中国政府导向下护理发展方向” 三个方面进行阐述。介绍了在国家层面通过颁布《护士条例》，制定护理专业发展五年规划纲要等一系列重要举措，维护护士合法权益，促进护理专业发展，取得显著成绩，中国护理专业队伍数量不断壮大，专业能力不断提高，学术地位不断上升。她强调，护士在抗击新冠肺炎疫情及实现健康中国建设中发挥着不可替代的重要作用，政府层面将继续加强护理队伍建设、精准对接群众护理要求、加大护理宣传力度，继续推动护理高质量的发展。

吴欣娟理事长受邀参加西太区护理论坛，并发表题为“挖掘资源潜力，发挥更大价值”的主题演讲。吴欣娟理事长在发言中介绍了中国护理现状和中国护士在疫情期间所做的贡献，并着重讨论中国在过去18个月中如何调动护理资源，面对突发卫生挑战。她对西太区护理发展提出了五点建议，指出应呼吁政府加强护理投入、发展专科护士培养体系、继续推动护理教育发展、保障护士权益。最后吴欣娟理事长说道：“病毒无国籍，疫情无国界，国际社会应该共同携手，守望相助，加强合作，共同应对突发卫生事件，战胜疫情。”

中华护理学会副理事长李峥受邀在“ICN领导力变革发展”分会场中，就中华护理学会与国际护士会合作的“中国领导力变革项目”开展情况进行介绍。她介绍了领导力变革培训项目在中国的开始、实施与发展，并提到该项目已经在中国12个省市完成对500名护理管理领军人才的第一阶段培训。李峥副理事长表示，截至2020年底，中国护士数量已达到471万，是世界上护士数量最多的国家。一个富有创新性，富有领导力的中国护士队伍将为全球健康做出更大的贡献，在健康领域贡献更多中国经验和智慧。此外中国领导力变革项目讲师代表邓俊和学员代表也分别进行了经验分享。国际护士会领导力变革项目主管Kristine Qureshi博士在会议中充分肯定了领导力变革项目在中国所取得的成绩，高度赞扬中华护理学会在推动领导力发展、国际护理领导者培养上所做出的贡献。

中华护理学会副理事长吴瑛受邀参加主题为“促进全球护理认证，构建新冠疫情后护理队伍的美好未来“的主题研讨会并做主题汇报。吴瑛副理事长介绍了中国现有教育质量保障体系、中国护理教育的发展历程、护理教育评价标准以及中国护理教育项目认证的流程，分享了通过护理教育认证来争取国家对护理行业投资的具体经验与做法。
